UK Delivery

    Delivery to the UK includes Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

    Orders are dispatched by the next business day latest, making the average UK delivery about 2-3 working days.

    All items available on our website are in stock and therefore ready for immediate dispatch.

    You will receive a delivery note with your goods, which you should keep for reference.

    All orders are dispatched via First Class Royal Mail except heavy packages weighing 2kg or more. These are sent using Royal Mail's Standard Parcel Service which may take a few more days.

    Delivery charges are as follows:

    £3.50 for all orders under £20.00

    £4.50 for all orders from £20.00 to £49.99

    Delivery is free on all orders over £50.00

Your order should reach you within 3-7 working days of dispatch. Delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer.

Please use a delivery address where there is someone to sign for your parcel.

Delivery to BFPO Addresses

    We do deliver to BFPO addresses provided the order weighs less than 2kg. The delivery fees are the same as to a UK address. To arrange delivery to a BFPO address, simply select your items and go through to checkout in the normal way. Please enter the BFPO address in the following specific format:

    • First Name: Service Number
    • Last Name: Rank and Name
    • Address Line 1: Company
    • Address Line 2: Leave blank
    • Town/City: Regiment
    • County: Select the 'blank' at the top of the drop-down list.
    • Post Code: BFPO Number
    • Country: Select 'United Kingdom'
    • Telephone: We ask for a phone number in case there is a problem with delivery. If you don't want to enter one, please type 'N/A' in the box.

    International delivery

      At this time we do not deliver internationally except to Ireland. Delivery charges to Ireland are calculated on the weight of your purchase as opposed to the flat rate fee charged for deliveries within the UK. Purchases weighing up to 1kg are charged at a flat rate of £8.50 and those weighing between 1kg and 2kg are charged at £12.50.

      Non UK Residents

        We are happy to process purchases from non UK residents provided the delivery is to a UK address. Please contact us if you wish to place an order.

        Returns

          Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel your purchase order within 7 days of receipt by the appropriate addressee, of products sold under our agreement with you. These are the terms which apply:

          You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, by emailing Customer Service, quoting your order number, details of the item you wish to return, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

          We will send you a returns form to complete and enclose with the returned item and provide the address to return the item to.

          The item must then be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel:

          1) With both the item and all packaging in its original condition *

          2) Securely wrapped

          3) With the correct postage paid

          After we have received the item:

          If a refund is required, we will re credit you via the method of payment received, with the purchase price of the item returned, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.

          Please note that the original cost of posting the item to you (P&P) will not be refunded.

          If postage and packing was included (free P&P) on the order, we will deduct the actual cost of the P&P from the refund.

          If an exchange is required, we will send out your replacement within 1 working day and will not charge any additional P&P.

          Please obtain proof of posting when returning items. If you do not return the item to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.**

          We are under no obligation to collect or recover the item from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.

          Faulty or wrong item

            If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail Customer Service quoting your order number, details of the item, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then send you a returns form to complete and a postage paid envelope to return the item in.

            If you require a refund, we will include the original cost of P&P incurred. We will re credit you via the method of payment received, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the faulty item.

            If an exchange is required, we will send out your replacement within 1 working day of receiving the faulty item and will not charge any additional P&P for the replacement item.

            *Please note: if the item is not in a resalable condition, then we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will have to send the item back to you, and you will have to incur the cost of the return delivery.
            ** It is recommended that, for your own protection, you obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
